A specialist in business marketing data strategy and management, marketing operations and analytics, Simon’s experience spans the information and communication technology sector, including roles at Apple, T-Mobile, Gartner and enterprise software vendor Progress Software. He has been responsible for a number of marketing database and campaign automation solutions implementations, together with a variety of customer management and development programmes, working across Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific regions. Simon’s focus is always on ensuring marketing effectiveness and accountability.
Simon also contributes to the IDM Business to Business Certificate programme, delivering the database marketing and business insight module.
Partnering with former Gartner colleague Charles Eaton-Hennah, Simon has co-founded Percassity Marketing Data Solutions, a specialist consultancy focusing on marketing data strategy, marketing operations and marketing insight. Percassity Solutions address challenges such as data management (including data quality, enhancement and acquisition), campaign automation, analytics and contact strategy development.
Simon has a keen interest in technology and enjoys keeping abreast of current affairs, as well as spending time in the great outdoors walking and camping, where he can often be found pursuing his other interest of digital photography.
